  Senate District Conventions

Prepare for the Precinct/Senate District Conventions on March 28, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., with registration beginning at 8:30 a.m. The event will be held at Rockin A, 3520 W. Cardinal Dr., Beaumont, TX.

Please bring a valid photo ID. Consider which committee(s) you may be interested in serving on, including credentials, rules, organization, nominations, legislative priorities, or resolutions.

If you would like to submit a resolution for consideration, please write it in advance and bring it with you. Anyone may submit a resolution; however, please do not use the traditional “Whereas, Therefore” format.

If you are interested in serving as a delegate or alternate to the State Convention, taking place June 11–13 in Houston, TX, please complete a delegate application and bring it with you. You may print the application from this email or download it from the JCRP website under the “Resources” tab. Additional copies will also be available at the Precinct/Senate District Conventions.
